Chloe Williams, the daughter of Springboks legend has paid a heartfelt tribute to her father. The late Springboks wing was laid to rest on Saturday. His funeral was held on Saturday at Newlands Rugby Stadium in Cape Town.
Former teammates, dignitaries, family and friends all remembered one of South Africa’s most popular players. Rugby legend Mornè du Plessis and Williams’s daughter spoke of the impact he had on so many people.
“My dad has given me the strength and courage to stand here. Where do I even begin? I can’t describe to anyone how much you mean to me. What an incredible dad you were and still are. You are my hero, my rock and you’re a legend to so many people and your legacy will live for eternity,” said. I could wish a lot of things but one thine I wish I could do is give you a kiss and tell you I love you one last time.

Hosted by Safta award winning actress, Jo-Anne Reyneke, the 13-episode show will have a single parent contestant go through four potential suitors who will eventually end up with a new lover.
