What TB Joshua thinks about Messi leaving Barcelona

Church leader TB Joshua has voiced his opinion on the decision by FC Barcelona’s forward to leave the club after 20 years.

The preacher took to Instagram to advise Messi not to leave Barcelona as a bitter man.

“It is not good advice for Lionel Messi to leave Barcelona bitter and offended. It is impossible to establish a healthy relationship with a person who left a previous relationship bitter and offended. This is my candid advice to Lionel Messi. History is our boss,” TB Joshua said.

Messi advised Barcelona on his intention to leave the club for free this transfer window and is likely headed for Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

TB Joshua is reported to be a Barcelona and Messi fan.

The Synagogue Church of All Nations founder is known to have interest in football having made prophesies about the beautiful game before.

In 2012, the charismatic preacher is reported to have prophesied that Chelsea was going to win the champions league and it came to pass as the English club beat Bayern Munich to lift the Champions league trophy at the Allianz Arena in Germany.

Football players have visited TB Joshua before seeking answers, prayers and healing. Manchester United’s Angel Gomez visited Lagos this year to get ‘assistance’ in getting a new club. Manchester United released him a month later.

Former Kaizer Chiefs and Belgium based player Knowledge Musona once visited Synagogue Church of Nations to be healed of his injury.

Joshua has also made prophesies that doesn’t come true before. He famously claimed Hillary Clinton was to win the US Presidential Election in 2016 and it backfired badly for him as President Donald Trump went on to win.

Earlier this year the cleric ‘prophesied’ Covid-19 would end on the 27th of March but cases are still increasing until this day.
