Being socially active is one of the important ways of promoting better health. This is because it prevents higher chances of a person suffering from depression.
Being socially isolated could also make a person move towards Sedentary lifestyle which have been proven to affect the brain health in several ways.
3. Eating junk foods
Junk foods are one of the worst types of foods for the body. Over the years, they have been proven to be bad for the health in many ways. This includes causing massive increase in weight and has also been proven to be detrimental to the heart health.
Studies show that high intake of junk foods could seriously affect the brain health.
4. Listening to loud music
Listening to loud music is one of the common things which a lot of people do but it is bad for the brain. Using headphones almost all the time has been proven to seriously affect the brain health in many ways.
5. Being sedentary
Living a side sedentary life affects a person in many ways. This includes making you becoming socially isolated from a lot of people. Studies show that it has a serious side effect on your mental health as it is the leading cause of obesity.
