The DA in the Western Cape is electing new leaders.
The one-day provincial congress is taking place in Cape Town, with Bonginkosi Madikizela and Tertius Simmers up against each other for the top spot.
Madikizela has again thrown his name in the hat after he was elected to lead the party in the province back in 2017.
