Job Description:
My client is 100% based remotely – they literally have no offices. They are looking for an experienced Web Content Administrator who also likes to get involved with the design of the content. They have content managers, copywriters, designers, and developers working from Johannesburg, Australia, Malta, the UK, Canada, etc.
They are ideally looking for someone in the JHB area in case the team wants to meet up for a quick coffee etc. They are an affiliate marketing company managing and developing the websites of clients all over the world. A wide range of their work happens within the online gambling, SEO, and financial services space. They basically share and manage content that is live, which means regular updates as well as regularly publishing new content.
What they are looking for is someone who can keep their head down and publish and administer as much content as possible, while still being creative and assisting with the design and customization of badges as well as other web and digital content.
The work entails assisting the team in publishing rich content into an existing responsive template through their proprietary content management system (Microsoft ASP-based but no need for ASP skills) and Wordpress. You will also be required to assist in enriching the template with design elements where needed.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields such as marketing or communications
Relevant certifications in HTML, CSS, Wordpress and other front-end tools
At least 5 years’ working experience as a web content administrator/publisher/manager
5 years’ experience in Graphic Design, HTML, CSS and Javascript
Proven knowledge of working with responsive websites
Experience working in a marketing or publishing space will be an added advantage
