The PlayStation 5 library is consistently expanding, and the best is presumably yet to come for Sony’s current console. In the meantime, the PlayStation 4 continues to receive love with cross-generation titles, so people who have yet to upgrade still have plenty to look forward to.

Which PS5 games are coming soon to shelves around the world? Which PS4 games are on the horizon? The upcoming calendar lists every announced PS5 and PS4 project, along with their North American release date if it has been announced.

The upcoming PS5 and PS4 games were introduced to the scheduler over the last few days: Kingdom Eighties, A Boy and His Blob: Retro Collection, Vlad Circus: Descend Into Madness, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge – Anniversary Edition, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous – Lord of Nothing, Saltsea Chronicles, Alphadia 1 & 2, Postal: Brain Damaged, Stray Souls, Journey to Foundation, Star Trek: Resurgence, SpellForce: Conquest of Eo, Dredge: The Pale Reach, The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout – Anthology.October 2023 is jam-packed with major titles, and PS5 owners will not have to wait long to get their hands on a few significant releases. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is a return to the franchise’s parkour and stealth roots. The tactical RPG genre has welcomed Disgaea 7, while anime fans can also check out Sword Art Online: Last Recollection.

October’s midpoint might contain the most packed two weeks of the calendar year since Lords of the Fallen and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 are all debuting within 10 days of each other. The latter is unquestionably one of the PS5’s biggest 2023 exclusives, and Insomniac has been on a role for a number of years. Lords of the Fallen could be a fun Soulslike and seems to have high production value. Moved toward the end of the month, Alan Wake 2 is also a highly anticipated sequel. Even beyond these three titles, this period contains smaller but still exciting releases like Endless Dungeon, TrinityS, and Hot Wheels Unleashed 2. Gangs of Sherwood and World of Horror are also worth monitoring.
