According to Daily Sun, Eric D has sent a letter of demand to Somizi, he reportedly wants R5 million, a retraction of the allegations in the book and a public apology from Somizi and Lesley for writing about him.
Somizi’s book was one of South Africa’s bestsellers and since it’s release, it has sparked a lot of conversations. The paper alleges that they are in possession of legal documents filed by Eric.
A letter from SP Mncwango & Company Attorneys, states:
“Our instructions are that you, Somizi Buyani Mhlongo, together with Lesley Mofokeng, published a book titled Dominoes, and in the said book on page 44 there are allegations made wherein it is stated that our client and Mr. Mhlongo had fondled and touched while sharing a bed with you.”
