UniZulu students demand security after shooting

Students at the University of Zululand are demanding more security after a student was shot at an off-campus residence. Many took to social media to voice their anger.
Students say they feel neglected by the university as more killings, shootings, rapes and break-ins continue.
Thabo Shingange, spokesperson for the South African Union of Students stated this has been an ongoing problem at the university without proactive work to address student centre. Shingange stated more resources should be allocated to student security and develop better accomodation for students.

We thought that DJ Maphorisa had settled this matter once and for all but the hitmaker and producer has had to come out and defend himself from Kabza De Small’s fans after being accused of exploiting the Mpumalanga-born DJ.
