KwaZulu-Natal: At 13H16 Sunday afternoon Netcare responded to a collision on Mhlabunzima Road near Natal Crushers Pietermaritzburg.
Reports indicate that a motorcycle and bakkie were involved in a head-on collision.
Medics assessed the scene and found that the motorcyclist, an adult male had sustained fatal injuries and was sadly declared deceased on the scene.
The motorcycle passenger, an adult female sustained critical injuries and was treated on scene before being transported to the hospital where she unfortunately demised.
