The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has seen Advocate Malesela Teffo objecting strongly to a number of issues.
Among them, is the postponement of the case, who has jurisdiction over the matter, and whether two of the accused can be remanded in custody.
Advocate Zandile Mshololo, Fisokuhle Ntuli’s lawyer slammed the state accusing it of violating his constitutional right to a fair trial.
