
Transport Minister Sindisiwe Chikunga has once again urged road users to obey the rules and ensure their vehicles are roadworthy before embarking on a trip.
Leading a Festive Season Road Safety Awareness Campaign on the N3 Heidelberg Weighbridge in Johannesburg, Minister Chikunga said road accidents are related to human behaviour.
