Gauteng: At 05H10 Monday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious collision on the R573 Moloto Road, Pretoria.
Reports from the scene indicate that a truck transporting concrete products and a bus were involved in a collision.
Medis assessed the scene and found that two males and a female had sustained fatal injuries and were sadly declared deceased on the scene.
Another twenty one patients sustained moderate injuries.Three patients had sustained serious injuries and were treated on scene by Advanced Life support paramedics.
Once treated all the patients were transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment.
Circumstances leading up to the collision will be investigated by the relevant authorities.
