The commission of inquiry into state capture continues on Thursday. Thobani Mnyandu from MNS Attorneys will start with his testimony at the Zondo Commission.
Mnyandu’s colleague, Tshiamo Sedumedi testified before the commission on Wednesday, revealing flaws in the Transnet procurement system.
Sedumedi also shared details about a report submitted to Transnet after investigations into tender irregularities.
The law firm conducted the investigations last year.
