The case against Thabo Bester’s alleged accomplices has been postponed to 8 August.
The latest accused, Zanda Moyo, will remain behind bars after abandoning his bail application.
At the same time, the State expects to make at least three more arrests.
Magistrate Motlholo Khabisi said, “ladies and the gentleman, your case is hereby adjourned until the 8th day of August 2023 for further investigations.”
“Accused number one, number three, number four, number six, number seven, and number nine, all of you will remain in custody until then.”
“Accused number one, accused number three, accused number six, accused number seven, bail was denied, accused number four, you have provisionally abandoned your right to bail application, and accused number nine.”
