Job Type: Full-time

Monitor Camera footage in the processing centres.

Monitor and provide appropriate responses to nonconforming events at SBV Services on a national basis.
Verify nonconforming events via incident report and email communication with SBV members at Centres & SMCR on a national basis.
Scrutinise events to determine trends, and communicate trends to management.
Monitor cameras at the cash centre and SMCR and view recordings and reporting transgressions.
Monitor the relevant dashboard on the performance of the cash centre, initiating remedial action where required.
Monitor all transgressions and concerns raised, until it is resolved.

Report And Escalate Technical Problems As per escalation procedure.

Report technical issues at Centres to management (within PMC and centre) to ensure that quick corrective action is applied.
Monitor and escalate all equipment faults such as system applications, faulty cameras and all other hardware to the relevant parties.
Report any transgressions found from recordings viewed.
Any issues raised or flagged by the dashboards related to teller information must be escalated.

Optimise Risk And Incident Management.

Prevent significant incidents or damages, i.e. detecting trends and timeously escalating intelligence or information.
Utilise resources optimally and appropriately, i.e. keeping to the SBV IT policy with regards to the utilisation of Computers. (Not abusing communication mediums such as emails.)
Prepare incident reports for non-compliance detected and submit it to PMC, Regional General Manager, Processing Manager and the Risk department.

Accurately Log And Capture All Management Information (MI).

Log all incidents on the computer for MIS and trend analysis purposes.
Record accurate data for report generation as per occurrence.
Compile and distribute per centre and regional reports to the Risk Department.

Adhere To The Relevant Policies, Processes And Procedures.

Maintain and update incident report template in terms of company procedures.
Adhere to all SBV policies and procedures.

Previous experience monitoring and reporting incidences- advantageous
Knowledge of SBV Systems- advantageous

Minimum Requirements: Education

Matric (grade 12)
Special Training & Requirements

Able to work shifts (Adhoc)
Own transport
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook. Apply Now
