Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering
Food Technology or Microbiology certificate or diploma – advantageous
Experience in on-site training of large groups of people
Hours of work are not restricted to normal working hours – must have the ability to work additional hours and be flexible with working hours as requested
Travelling will be essential to this position (valid driver’s License)
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience in the Cleaning and sanitation would be advantageous ( Chemical industry)
Job Specification:
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
Plan and communicate training sessions
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures
Provide training content to our learning & development division for the creation of module summaries, videos, and presentations
Train and guide new employees during induction
Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
