Troubleshooting, customization, enhancements and support.

Candidate Requirements
A completed relevant bachelor’s degree or 3-year National diploma.
5-8 years’ experience providing Application / Technical Support.
Must have solid experience in supporting or administrating MS Windows.
Technical exposure should include MS SQL Server and Linux.
Ideal if the individual has been exposed to supporting SMS Systems / Applications (Telecommunications).
