Responsible for growing and managing the Value Added Services (VAS) portfolio, focusing on the Service Delivery of bulk SMS services.
Management of Operations and Support for bulk SMS services.
Building relationships with business owners and client companies.
Candidate Requirements
Completed relevant 3-year degree or National Diploma.
Experience should include:
Strong Operations and Support Management
Service Delivery Management
People Management
Must have a strong technical background which needs to include extensive knowledge of Windows Administration/Support, SQL Server and Linux.
Telecommunications Industry experience would be ideal.
