XCELSIOR requires a Team Leader for our Boksburg branch
Must have Management, Sales and Customer Service experience. Must be able to handle the pressures of having a sales target, manage people and give exceptional customer service.
Tasks will include going out for Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. Candidate must be energetic and passionate about sales, clients and customer service.
Candidate is required to:
Meet Targets and Growth objectives in order to grow brand
Ensure Exceptional Customer Service Levels
Manage a staff complement with the same company goal
Plan and implement marketing plans
Manage branch administration
Exceptional Commissions and Bonuses are paid once targets are met
Candidate Requirements
National Senior Certificate
Minimum 2 Years continuous Management Experience in Finance or Retail or Sales or Logistics
Advanced Computer skills
Have Exceptional Customer Service Relations
Must have Organisational, Planning and great Decision Making Skills
Have Self Belief and Confidence and be Driven to Succeed.
