Production of products in Quantity and Quality
Required Prior
ABET level 5/ 3 years’ experience
Learning, Competencies, Skills and Knowledge
Required
Ø Ability to set the standard and meet the production targets
Ø Ability to read and understand SOP’s
Ø Ability to read and understand GMP Procedures
Ø Ability to maintain read and interpret graphs
Ø Product knowledge
Ø Able to work shifts which also include overtime and weekends
Ø Ability to communicate
Ø Team player
Ø Self-motivated with high levels of personal discipline
Ø Willing to be trained and multi-skilled
Key Objectives
Ø Ensures line runs uninterrupted
Ø Perform inspection on labels as per specification
Ø Report any deviations to the Supervisor/Line Leader
Ø Assist in changeovers
Ø Ensure that equipment and work area is clean
Ø Rectify and report all deviations
Ø Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to and report any unsafe practices
Ø Adhere to personal and factory standards in respect of hygiene
Ø Ensure strict adherence to GMP procedure
