Taxi crashes into car, knocks down two pedestrians then crashes into shop in Kagiso. At 07H19 Monday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the corners of Masedi and Themba streets in Kagiso.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a mini-bus taxi lost control crashing into a light motor vehicle, then knocking down two pedestrians and finally crashing into a shop.

The driver of the car escaped injury however the two pedestrians sustained serious injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilize them.

Once treated the both patients were transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.

Kagiso SAPS was on scene and will be investigating.
