Suspended ANC Secretary-General Ace Magashule is expected at the High Court in Bloemfontein on Wednesday.
He and 15 co-accused, including former Mangaung mayor Olly Mlamleli, businessman Edwin Sodi and a former Human Settlements Department head, face corruption, fraud and money laundering charges.
It is concerning a R255m contract for the assessment and removal of asbestos roofs.
