KwaZulu-Natal: At 10H18 Tuesday morning, Netcare 911 responded to a shooting outside a petrol station on Kingsway Street in Warner Beach, Durban South Region.
Reports indicate that one person had been gunned down in what was alleged to be related to ongoing taxi violence.
When medics arrived on the scene, they found an adult male seated on the driver’s side of his bullet-riddled car. The man had sustained multiple high-calibre gunshot wounds throughout his body.
The patient was assessed by an emergency care practitioner, however, showed no signs of life and was sadly declared deceased on the scene.
Circumstances leading up to the incident will be investigated by the Amanzimtoti SAPS who were on the scene.
