Support Agent
We are looking for a high-performance individual, with exceptional communication skills, to provide our clients with first-class customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
A strong focus on delivering excellent support to all our customers via Telephone, Email or any other means of communication.
To develop a positive relationship with customers and respond to their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Providing support and problem-solving.
Maintaining a sound knowledge and understanding of all our applications, devices and backend systems.
Ownership of customer queries.
Qualifications and Experience required:
A Matric/Grade 12 Certificate essential.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a call centre environment.
Knowledge of Mobile devices and IT background advantages.
Must be willing to work under pressure.
