JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING, SALES& STUDENTRECRUITMENT OFFICER

Position Status: Contract

Branch: Head Office Johannesburg

Reporting Line: Public Relations and Recruitment Officer.

Offer: Negotiable depending on Experience

Main Purpose of the Position:

An exciting role which requires the incumbent to work in the Sales, Marketing and Recruitment office, ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the College systems tofully support the GOALS of the Organization. The incumbent builds a business by identifying and sellingtoprospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Also, oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizationsmarketing message.

Sales

Sells courses by establishing contact and developing relationships with schools; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies services improvements or new services by remaining informedon industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing and sales related information.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Marketing

Preparing, planning, and project managing the publication of all publicitymaterial to maximizebrand promotion.
Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PRagency to see them executed.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Team Leadership

Lead the Marketing and Sales Team to Pursue and Achieve the Marketing and SalesTargets
Lead the Marketing and Sales Teamin day to day marketing and Sales activities.
Supervise, Monitor and Evaluate the Marketing and Sales Team’s performancetowards meeting the targets set.
Take responsibility and leadership of the Marketing and Sales Teams
Relative General

Plan,Organizeand Execute Open days, School visits, Expo’s,Outdoor brand Activations and Awareness.
Distribute flyersin complexes, buildings, and pedestrians.
Perform all other relevant duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Requirement

Matric
Driver’s License(added advantage)
National Diploma in: Marketing and/or Sales
Evidence of continuing professional development
Experience

4Years previous experience inSales and Marketing in the Education Sector.
Minimum 2 years’ Experience in a leadership/managerial role
