Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans.
Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the stock and banking department.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with Head office and all stores
Problem solves, negotiate, and address stock and banking challenges.
Confer with store managers to coordinate banking and stock related matters, such as records control e.t.c
Manage TSS Stock.
Review stock orders, reports, and demand forecasts to estimate ordering, buying, delivery periods.
Manage and oversee all elements regarding TSS Stock
Responsible for compiling and submitting all relevant reports on TSS Stock
Work hand in hand with the stock Manager regarding matters of stock ordering.
Responsible for banking and compiling banking reports and filing
Work hand in hand with TSS compliance Team and Sales team
Processing and reconciling cash up daily
Ensuring that all cash up discrepancies are resolved daily with the store in question and Area Manager.
