Mohale Motaung has expressed how excited he is about the return of MTV’s Shuga Down South. Season two of the much-loved show, is set to hit our screens soon .
Mohale who portrays the openly- gay character of Odirile, said his character will transition from a business economic student to a working man.
This season the show is shot by actors from their homes. This follows as the country is currently facing the pandemic of COVID-19. Mohale said this new format, falls into how we can enhance the edutainment, during these trying times.

He said the biggest challenge of shooting from home is that now he has to be his own make-up artist, do lighting, and film his scenes., but he said it has been a learning curve.
