The main duties of this role would be to provide telephonic or remote support to clients on specialized software and hardware products.
You will also be required to install, configure and troubleshoot our software and hardware products.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
Exceptional Computer literacy
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Code 8 driver’s license
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans / English)
An understanding of the Agricultural sector would be an advantage.
Remuneration is R8000 – R11 000 depending on experience and pension fund.
Must be available to start immediately and live in the Western Cape.
