We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

The Social Media Specialists will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the Company’s Social Media strategy and action plan in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Define & manage social media KPIs
Create clear Social Media strategies to increase funnel, promote products & services and generate leads.
Develop a clear target market for each product/service and establish valid connections with potential markets.
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Manage & maintain comment moderation & customer interaction
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Keep track of industry movements, influencers, and trending topics.
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Engaging and developing Social media influencers to generate further leads.
Target leads to convert to opportunities through social media.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Provide constructive feedback

Requirements and Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Competent in software like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Adwords, Adobe Design Suite, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Shoutlet, Curalate, Salesforce, and Spredfast. (Salesforce experience will be beneficial)
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media avenues.
Understanding of SEO and analytics.
Animation, HTML5, and other coding/design skills will beneficial.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Great interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
