Requirements:
A qualification in Social Media Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or Marketing
At least 2 years’ experience in online content management, Digital Marketing or a similar position
Basic web/graphic design skills
Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
Copywriting skills with the ability to write clear and concise copy
Strong attention to detail
Advantageous:
Experience in content management systems, particularly Agora Pulse, WordPress and Hubspot
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and similar marketing program
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc
Experience in Adobe Photoshop
D-SLR Camera experience
Key Performance Areas:
Implement digital strategy as stipulated by the Community Account Manager and approved brand overviews/plans
Schedule social media content on a weekly basis across all relevant social media channels
Event cover ( In the event it is required)
Community Management
Monitor the success of all digital activity and flag with the Community Account Manager should a post-under-perform. Continual monitoring of campaign content and budget is necessary
