Duties & Responsibilities:

Site Supervisors are responsible to do their own daily planning to meet target assigned by the rollout manager.
Each Site Supervisor is required to visit each Site in build progress at least once per day.
To oversee that Sub Contractor adhere to all installation procedures.
To see that any material shortages on site are reported and resolved.
To do internal Quality check on Sub Contractor’s work and ensure rectification of snags.
Site commissioning, trouble-shooting, and clearing of alarms.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

The Site Supervisor should have basic understanding on general software knowledge and equipped with excellent IT and MS software skills;
The Site Supervisor should have a good background of mobile networks especially 3G/LTE networks. Civil background in additions to this will be an added bonus
The Site Supervisor should be able to perform under pressure and should have good time management skills. He should be well spoken and be able to interact with contractors as well as management;
The site supervisor should be in possession of a valid climbing license and have good health;
The Site Supervisor should be able to use Site Master (for sweep test), test Phone and E1 Tester (is a plus);
