Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop positive business relationships with customers and key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity
Protect and control proprietary materials
Support the deployment of training materials and technical manuals
Develop proposals that include documentation for estimates
Direct availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products
Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling, and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources
Manage the logistical aspects of services
Plan, organize and execute logistics support for all first care solutions activities
Optimize the movement of goods in order to maximize value and minimize costs
Coordinate all travel, accommodation and logistics requirements for all employees
Arrange functions where necessary

Qualification Required:

Tertiary Business Administration qualification
Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Valid driver’s license (national travel required) own mode of transport is required.
