Site Foreman will be responsible for setting out, confirming levels with dumpy level (theodolite), casting of concrete, ground beams (rafts), columns, decking, bases and reinforce fixing
Duties
Setting out to final finishes
A broad range of finishes including tiling, other flooring types, painting, ceilings, kitchens and vanities, plumbing, basic electrical, roofs & trusses, bricklaying, plastering, building, and general steelwork
Project & site management
Deal and coordinate numerous sub-contractors on large building projects
Manage staff and control the quality of work on site
Experience & Qualification
3 Years’ overall experience in the building of upmarket Residential or Commercial Developments
Skill to manage scope, time, cost and contractors including other personnel in construction/finishing projects across multiple sites
Must be a reactive problem solver and a hard worker, who is able to work under pressure
Competent in dealing with numerous sub-contractors on large building projects
