Celebs and South Africans at large were excited about the prospect that there has been a COVID-19 vaccine that has been discovered. And when it was discovered that the vaccine has a 95% success rate, everyone sighed one for relief.
But then, Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng took the mood and turned it all the way upside down when the viral video of him praying on the vaccine went viral. In his prayer, the Chief Justice makes it clear that he will only welcome the vaccine if it does not contain the spirit of the devil in it.
And if there is nothing that South Africans love more than opposing is anything that goes against the “Word.
I believe we deserve a better Chief Justice! Ngeke! But what do I know?

Well, some South Africans and ZAlebs- except one of our favourite outspoken entertainers, Simphiwe Dana. The “Bamako” musician made it clear that if there is one thing she is not about to do is let that vaccine miss her.
Initial reports had suggested that the vaccine was going to reach Africa only in 2021, but new reports suggest that it might be sooner. And one person that is definitely going to be in front of the line is Simphiwe Dana.
