The relationship rumours between Lewis Hamilton and Shakira have reached new heights following the Spanish Grand Prix. As Hamilton delivered his best drive of the season, the Hips Don’t Lie singer was spotted watching on from the garage. Fans watching on were quick to point out that Hamilton drove like the seven-time champion of old as he crossed the line second behind Max Verstappen.
Mercedes have been slowly building into the season but showed they’re back in the fight at the Circuit de Catalunya. It’s the second time this season Hamilton has finished second behind Verstappen after a solid display during the Australian Grand Prix.
The latest result sees him close the gap to Fernando Alonso for third place on the drivers championship standings to 12 points. It came as no shock to Formula 1 fans that his performance in Barcelona came while his new reported flame was watching on.
