REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Tertiary education within refrigeration
5 years’ experience within a similar role in refrigeration
Project Planner
Excellent customer and management skills
Data research ability and experience
Experience resolving problem areas
General administration experience
Physically fit
Must be willing to travel and work overtime
DUTIES:
Oversee 5 – 10 Service Technicians and their assistants
New business development
Quality Control
Cost Management
Professionally manage the operations of the service technician department
Pull weekly reports across all accounts to provide feedback on any operation issues/areas of concern
Monitor production orders and expedite delivery per customer requests
Act as a central planner or contact person for customer specific operational processes and promotions ensuring on time delivery, reporting etc.
Liaising with all company operational hubs to ensure customers consignments are delivered correctly and within each customer’s specific agreements
Assist Key Account Managers in their day to day function of retaining customers, with the ultimate aim of growing these accounts to be more profitable
Liaise with customers on all levels as well as visiting the client with the Key Account Manager
