Reporting to the Tyre Fitter Surface Supervisor (Mine) the Service Coordinator is an integral part of our dynamic team responsible for directing, controlling and monitoring equipment to ensure optimal utilization. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills is important in the daily flow of the business. Must be able to schedule maintenance activities, Plan and repair tasks
Job Description
Build a strong relationship with a portfolio of customers, understanding their needs and ensuring you deliver a value-added service.
Timely and accurately capture orders, process them and manage any subsequent changes.
Manage the entire process and look to ensure “on time” and “in full” deliveries.
Ensure advance notification procedures are proactively followed in order to ensure customers are kept informed of any stock shortages or delays.
Resolve queries relating to the order to delivery process and manage a prompt resolution whilst liaising with all relevant parties.
Assist in the implementation, structure, operations and day to day management of mine site services
Cover various workshop configurations
Assist management, procurement, and sourcing of products stock in conjunction with partnering companies, allocate to relevant mine site
Monitoring of hours worked by Tyre Fitters
Ensure all installations are carried out in an ethical professional manner, providing the best service to our clients
*Requirements*
Knowledge of the Mining Industry (Tyre Fitting)
Mining/Earthmoving machine experience beneficial
Good verbal and written skills
Must be computer literate
Must be able to use own initiative
Able to work in a pressurized environment
