South Africa Deputy President David Mabuza’s wife Nonhlanhla Mnisi has caused a stir on social media after she wore a dress that became almost transparent when the light hit it at a certain angle.
While the dress looked fashionable and did not cause a stir on the day of the Inauguration of President Cyril Ramaphosa, when seen on other images and videos, it seems to expose the second lady’s behind, something which had people talking on social media.
