Court dismisses Dudu Myeni’s second appeal application

Another blow for the former SAA chairperson as a court dismisses her second appeal application. Myeni brought additional appeals on Wednesday, which were dismissed with costs by Judge Ronel Tolmay.

On Tuesday, Myeni lost her appeal to stop social activist organization OUTA (Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse) from bringing a case declaring her a delinquent director.

This was after the termination of her tenure as SAA Chairperson back in 2018.

Myeni has been ordered to pay the costs within 30 days.

The trial to declare her a delinquent director is now proceeding.
