Mzansi’s fitness bunnie Sbahle Mpisane took to Instagram earlier today to share snaps of her growing her natural hair. Sbahle said she made a decision and cut her hair in 2016, so she could give her natural hair a healthy start to grow back the way she would like it to be. The fitness buninie said she would like to grow her Afro to be her crown.

Sbahle shared snaps from way back then to now to show fans how she has grown her hair, but also how very close she is to her goal. She hopes to grow natural dreadlocks too. She wrote: “In 2016 I cut my hair so I can grow an Afro to be my crown.

The snaps really made an impression on Sabhle, from seeing how beautiful her natural hair is. But also much easier for her to tend to instead of constantly relaxing her hair.
