Sbahle Mpisane travelled down to a Durban beach earlier today to a little exercise with her trainer. The fitness bunnie shared a cute video clip of her doing the vosho with her trainer. She claimed that he has to practice with her so she can reclaim her title of vosho queen.
Fitness fanatic, Sbahle Mpisane, is doing all that she can to reclaim her life, including training extra hard in gym and at home with her personal trainer.
The fitness bunnie – as she is fondly known – was involved in a horrific car crash in August last year and spent nearly three months in hospital and in so much of pain. Despite doctors’ initial reports of her severe injuries and the possibility of never walking again, Sbahle held her head high and began focusing on getting better, one day at a time.
Sbahle sent a clear message to her over 1.3 million followers on Instagram that she is nearing her goal to making a full recovery and even joked around about the vosho queen (herself) making a comeback.
Sbahle wrote: “The Vosho Queen is coming back, I hope y’all ready. My trainer goes through the most shame, he knows how to do vosho now because he needs to help me practice.”
The video revealed that with a little help of her trainer, Sbahle was able to get down to do a vosho, even though it wasn’t an actual stanky move.
She even admitted that her trainer goes through the most with all her craziness.
“My trainer goes through the most, he knows how to do the vosho now because he needs to help me practice.”
Sbahle also issued a vosho challenge to her brother, Andile Mpisane.
Her fans are super proud of Sbahle for overcoming all that she has done so far and her journey to better health. Here are a few comments from the fitness bunnie’s post:

About a month ago, Briefly.co.za reported that Sbahle Mpisane is a survivor. She has gone from just barely escaping with her life from a car accident to inspiring women all over Mzansi with her determination and brave perseverance. And she does so with a stunning smile.
On 9 August, Sbahle Mpisane celebrated one year since she was the survivor of a car accident that could have claimed her life. She broke so many bones that the kind of pain she was in cannot be described, and yet here she is today, smiling and fighting to have back the life she nearly lost.
