Sales Representative wanted – Apply Now: Salary R10 000 a month

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Minimum 5 years’ experience within the FMCG industry

Good financial acumen and strong negotiation skills

Proven track record as an FMCG Sales Representative

Strong interpersonal skills and development of solid relationships with clients

Valid drivers license and own transport

Available to travel across the Western Cape

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

DUTIES:

Reporting to the Managing Director

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Negotiate space on the shelves in all Spars, Pick n Pays, Food Lovers, Mambos and Plastics

Sorting of products by colour coding and making sure packaging has not been damaged

Oversee the entire Western Cape, travelling every 8 weeks to the outskirts of the Western Cape

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

Salary: Basic: R10 000 – R12 000 plus car allowance and commission
