Main Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales representative to join our growing company Description We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales representative to sell our food flavours and colours to our existing customer base as well as new customers.

Requirements: Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Must have at least 2 years’ relevant experience in this field Must have excellent communication skills, be well spoken & presented Must be attentive to detail Must be proficient in Microsoft office Strong general knowledge of the food flavours market Must have own transport and valid driver license.

Responsibilities: Sales of food flavours and colours to the required client base Will be responsible for generating new business and sales Understanding the workflow, pressure and daily operations of business Comfortable With Technical Issues and Situations Comfortable with Negotiating and Discussing Terms (good negotiating skills) Must have a proven sales track record Face to Face sales Cold Calling Sales presentations to future customers Target driven and able to push for results Initiating customer contact through personal contact Presentation of product offerings and systematic follow-up Effective and efficient closure of sales Working with customer base to ensure good relationships are maintained General Admin Strategy presentation to management Maintain excellent customer service level Personal Attributes Must be able to work independently Must be self-driven and motivated Proactive and problem-solving ability

Responsibility and accountability:

must drive the process from receiving the order from the customer to delivery to the customer- ownership of the process.
