Established production, design and distribution company that services the hospitality industry with guest amenities seeks a Sales Manager, with experience in sales to develop and grow their business and take it to the next level.
You will be required to develop Sales Strategies for the various market segments and execute Sales Plans for each to bring in new business and sales before the start of the busy season coming up in Summer.
TASKS:
Develop and oversee/run the Sales Department
Market Research & Analysis
Market Segmentation
New Business Development
Increase Sales
Customer Retention
Mange Key Accounts
YOU MUST BE:
Detailed & Performance driven
Innovative
Take Initiative
Self-Measuring & Self-Monitoring
Must be an excellent Sales Person and have Sales Management experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Min 3 years of successful experience in Sales
Show leadership qualities and experience
Valid driver’s license
Excellent command of English and Afrikaans
Excellent interpersonal skills
Competent in Word, Excel & Outlook
Well-groomed & presentable
Own Car
