Job Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets as set out by the Company monthly and annually, by effectively and timeously process a high volume of answering calls, emails, and client showroom visits, while establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with existing client base to optimize sales.
Research, source and develop prospective new clients to generate new business and optimize sales.
In showroom visits, facilitation and presentation of products to existing and prospective clients.
Develop clear and effective written quotations and proposals for current and prospective clients.
At all times ensure orders are processed and submitted accurately and efficiently by effective product knowledge, utilizing and referring to price lists and product literature.
Effectively maintain strong, sustainable excellent customer service experience with clients, and cultivate a trust relationship with each one in order to maximize sales opportunities at all times.
Ensure that you stay motivated, enthusiastic and committed, as this improves sales and customer service.
Communicate and give feedback to the Sales Manager on important client feedback and market information.
Resolve client queries accurately, responsibly, confidently and timeously.
Follow up on orders, to ensure that client relationship are maintained at the appropriate professional standard to ensure repeat business.
Improve the overall profitability of the Company by reaching and exceeding sales targets monthly.
Wear the Company Uniform with pride.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Set a personal example for yourself and others in areas of personal character, organizational skills, commitment, and work habits, etc.
General duties and ad hoc tasks, projects and requests when required.

Salary: Market-related, Medical Aid contribution, and Pension fund contribution. (Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience and skills).
