SAA pilots threaten strike

The SAA Pilots Association is threatening to embark on a strike.

Members are fighting against the appointment of Zukisa Ramasia as interim CEO.

The association argues that Ramasia doesn’t have the appropriate experience and acumen to successfully run the airline.

It also wants underperforming management to be ousted to ensure the airline’s recovery.

The pilots are scheduled to meet with the board this week.
