At 18H10 Friday evening, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Main Reef Road in Witpoortjie Roodepoort.
Reports from the scene indicate that a bakkie and car were involved in a collision.
An adult male and minor male from the car sustained serious injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilise them.
An adult male and adult female from the bakkie sustained minor injuries in the collision.
All the patients were treated on scene and transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
