The role requires the candidate to actively manage the Life and Retirement administration teams. The candidate will also be responsible for setting the direction of the area with the aim of continuous improvement and excellent service. The candidate will be expected to play a broader leadership role within the Retail business.
Responsibilities:
I implement the business strategy as it relates to the administration and servicing of clients and financial advisors
Ensure continuous improvement of processes and general health of the area
Ensuring that the company service levels in terms of quality standards and productivity levels are maintained
Manage delivery of teams responsible for day to day processing of client instructions
Recruit, develop and retain quality staff
Develop the Team leaders and ensure good succession planning
Managing the overall operational risk in the environment
Participate in the general management of Retail Operations Division

Requirements
