Retail Floor Assistant wanted: Salary R8 000 to R8 500 per month
A vacancy has arisen for Retail Floor Assistants
Responsibilities :
Ensure that the customer has a pleasant experience while visiting our store and making sure the customer is helped quickly and tended too swiftly.
Greet customers as they walk in and direct them to where they need to go or take them through to the shelves to get stock and assist them
Inform customers of specials currently running and hand out flyers that are available
Candidate Crieria:
Matric ( Grade 11 minimum)
2 years plus experience
Computer literacy
High attention to detail
Good judgement/ decision making ability
Problem solving abilities
Customer orientated and well developed communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible
Persistent
Apply a positive attitude and self-discipline
Positive work ethics
Self-starter with self accountability – as well as a strong team player.
