We are looking for the perfect young, self motivated candidate to join our busy sushi restaurant team in the Northern Suburbs. Ages between 22 and 29 preferred.

Candidate should have own reliable transport. This is essential!

Be neat, tidy and presentable. Good Hygiene

Work well in a fast passed environment.

Work well under pressure.

Have strong communication skills.

Self motivated and goal orientated.

A love for the industry.

Restaurant experience not essential but will be an advantage

Candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Manage day to day operations.

Provide guests with a memorable experience.

Be a leader to the team and offer support and motivation.

Forecast and maintain inventory in a cost efficient way.

Comply with safety and sanitation regulations.

Actively promote the company.

Create a positive work environment.

Day to day cash ups.

Weekly inventory counts.
